I Hate Dieting, but... sister told me about this book: You on a Diet: The Owner's Manuel for Waist Management. She says it's not only a fun read, but she is learning so much about how our bodies interact with food and how to figure out how her body interacts with food. So, if you're tired of yo-yo diets and quick fixes and would like to learn how to work with your body and not against it, I highly recommend this book.

I don't know what it is Paulina, but whenever I hear the word 'diet' I go in hungry mode.

For me so far, the best thing working and I've lost three pounds, down to 181 from 184 since we started this topic, is to eat breakfast. My cereal gives me a great start to the day.

I hate the word diet, too, but apparently this is NOT really a diet book. I need to read it, but as you know, concentration has been hard for me this month. When my son is doing better....
